My Approach

vectorline-06.png

When we are touched, something moves inside of us, giving us the opportunity to open ourselves to the universal energy flow and activate the healing forces within.

Healing is a process done by our bodies. It can’t be done by anything or anybody else.

I approach each session with a holistic vision, taking into account the entire person: their physical body, mind, emotions and how it all fits together.

This holistic way attempts to give the individual access to an awareness of these connections for him or herself through using different techniques. The goal is to help the person to develop a much better understanding of themselves on all levels, which can lead to improved self-esteem and confidence.

Personally, I think the most important thing is to reach a level of self-acceptance, to truly embrace ourselves where we are at without making ourselves wrong. Understanding ourselves on such a deep level allows us the space to release the things and issues that cause us distress.

My way of working, however, can also just serve as a treat for those who simply want to pamper themselves and experience relief from everyday stress.

We are all rich with different colors and shades, making our essence completely unique and original.
